I am trying to work out an equation to calculate the exact time required to dunk any given biscuit to achieve perfect sogginess in a cup of tea. Perfect sogginess is defined as the softest a biscuit can be without breaking faster than the minimum time required to eat it. So far the factors I have considered are: Temperature of tea. Windspeed.
